In addition, with respect to any human resource-related data that may be transferred from the EU to the US in connection with or in the context of any employment relationship with an EU-based employee, ConsignadoJa is committed to cooperating with data protection authorities. Children under 13 years old
Our Services are not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. No one under the age of 13 may provide any information to or through our Services. In particular, ConsignadoJa remains liable under the Privacy Protection Principles if third-party agents hired to process personal data on its behalf do so in a manner inconsistent with the Privacy Protection Principles, unless ConsignadoJa proves that it is not responsible for the event that gave rise to the damage.
